	Blood is one of the most valuable donations one can give. Blood drives are scheduled regularly in order to aid various types of victims in hospitals around the nation. If you are at least 17 years old and 110 lbs, you may qualify. Do not assume that if you take medications or have had medical problems, you cannot give blood.
